After 8 days in Manhattan shooting TV commercials for a client of mine, I was able to briefly sneak out. Most days we worked 12-14 hours and nights were spent cooped up in a miniature hotel room returning emails and planning for next day's work, but I spent a few minutes in St. Patrick's Cathedral which is one of my favorite places to pop my head in while in Manhattan.
I lit a candle and said a special prayer for two special souls who I love dearly.
Sometimes you just have to give a fist-bump to the Man Above and thank him for all your blessings.
And, this girl definitely has a lot to be thankful for.
